FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION (FBI) Defendant. INJUNCTION FOR FAILURE TO PROVIDE PROCESS To the Honorable Judge of the [EASTERN DISTRICT OF VIRGINIA] Court: Plaintiff [Bradley Tyler Burns] respectfully petitions this Court for an injunction against the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) for failure to provide process, as required by law. The FBI's actions, or lack thereof, have denied the Plaintiff their constitutional rights, and this Court's intervention is necessary to protect these rights. FACTS: On [2020-2024], the Plaintiff [BRADLEY TYLER BURNS] was [KIDNAPPED BY STATE LAW ENFORCEMENT OF KENTUCKY AND ARIZONA, DISCREDITED TO HIDE TAX AND LABOR RECORDS] the FBI and IRS was notified countless times and elected to never act or do anything to support the victim. Despite repeated requests, the FBI has failed to provide the Plaintiff with proper process, including [ "a summons," "a subpoena," or "notice of the charges", an investigation never transpired]. The Plaintiff has been denied their constitutional right to [ "due process," "a fair hearing," or "representation by counsel"]. ARGUMENT: The FBI's failure to provide process is a clear violation of the Plaintiff's constitutional rights. The Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution guarantees the right to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures, and the Fifth Amendment guarantees the right to due process. The FBI's actions, or lack thereof, have denied the Plaintiff these fundamental rights. WHEREFORE, the Plaintiff respectfully requests that this Court grant an injunction against the FBI, enjoining them from: Continuing their investigation or action against the Plaintiff without providing proper process. Failing to provide the Plaintiff with notice and an opportunity to be heard. Interfering with the Plaintiff's constitutional rights. The Plaintiff also requests that the Court order the FBI to: Provide the Plaintiff with proper process, including [INITIATE A COURT PROCEEDING WITH AN ACTUAL JURY]. Cease and desist from any further action against the Plaintiff until proper process has been provided. Pay the Plaintiff's reasonable attorney's fees and costs associated with this action. RESPECTFULLY SUBMITTED, [BRADLEY TYLER BURNS CHIEF PROSECUTOR CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE AGENCY] [401 Courthouse Square , Alexandria, Virginia, USA] [702.773.4529] [ciabradleyburns@gmail.com] VERIFICATION: I, [BRADLEY TYLER BURNS], hereby verify that the facts stated in this petition are true and accurate to the best of my knowledge and belief. As a result of the inability for the FBI to correct vital records and related to countless deceased murder victims that died trying to investigate the case we have decided to publish the entire FBI staff directory list from the director to the janitor.
